The office of Accountant Emad Youssef Iskander was founded in August 1986 as a sole proprietorship.

In December 2024, the office was transformed into a civil professional company, continuing the legacy and journey of the original sole proprietorship. and to be a leader in providing accounting, auditing, and taxation services in Egypt

Rany Emad Iskander

(Partner – Head of Audit Department)

Serves as Head of the Audit Department at EYI Office, overseeing audit activities and professional engagements.
Brings more than 14 years of professional experience in auditing, compliance, and financial due diligence.
Holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Modern Academy, awarded in 2010.
Acquired extensive professional experience in U.S. public accounting from 2013 to 2021, during which he also obtained U.S. citizenship.
Leading the Audit Department at EYI Office & Firm, combining local & international experience in the business environment.
Registered with the Egyptian Ministry of Finance as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2021, under Registration No. 40383.
Registered as an accredited auditor with the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) since 2024, under Registration No. 648 C.

Remon Bikheet Atta

(Partner – Head of Tax Department)

Brings more than 20 years of professional experience in tax advisory and consultancy, tax audits across various tax types, tax committee proceedings, tax dispute resolution, and cases before the Experts Authority. He also possesses extensive expertise in tax structuring for mergers and acquisitions.
Holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Zagazig University – Benha Branch, awarded in 2004.
Registered with the Egyptian Ministry of Finance in 2013 for the certification of financial statements of joint-stock companies, under Registration No. 24309.
Registered as an accredited auditor with the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) in 2022, under Registration No. 459 C.
